Davis Barrier Boot

This boot is a replacement for a lost shoe that protects the tender frog and sole. It allows the horse to walk unshod, protecting the hoof from cracks and chips. Available in sizes 00-4, and are sold in singles.
Several of our customers are using these boots to help laminitic horses to be more comfortable, during their rehabilitation. Laminitus and founder cases vary very widely so we can not say that Barrier Boot is the answer for all laminitic horses but they have certainly been helping in many instance.
